PARCELOFFICE · EARLY ACCESS

Scan-to-ship for manufacturers

Book the courier and print the labels from a packing bench with two barcode scans, starting from the work order you already have.

Start from the work order

Most shipping software starts from an online shop order. A factory starts from a work order, and the delivery details are already in that system. ParcelOffice looks the work order up when it is scanned, so the bench works from the same record as everyone else.

Make the parcel choice a scan

The person who packed the job knows whether it went in a small bag or two boxes. Turn those choices into approved presets with barcodes on a sheet at the bench. One scan of the right preset books the shipment with the service and package count it describes.

Keep the operator in the flow

No courier website, no printer dialogue and no copying numbers between screens. The station shows what it is doing and stops with a clear reason when something is missing, such as an order that is not ready or a package weight the preset cannot vouch for.

Begin with one bench

Onboarding starts with one order source, one courier account and the parcel choices you use most, so the daily despatch work comes off the bench first.

Early access starts with an agreed workflow. Supported scope and onboarding arrangements are confirmed with you.
