PARCELOFFICE · EARLY ACCESS

Print DHL labels from your factory software

Book DHL eCommerce UK and DHL Parcel UK shipments from a scanned work order, on your own account, with labels sent straight to the bench printer.

Use the account you already have

ParcelOffice books shipments on your own DHL eCommerce UK account, or an account still using the earlier DHL Parcel UK interface. Your rates, collection arrangements and relationship with the courier stay as they are.

Qualified services, not guesses

A preset’s readable name is separate from the courier service behind it. The actual services, delivery areas and package limits are confirmed for your account during onboarding. Test bookings use DHL’s test environment, and production bookings need an administrator to enable live sending.

Labels in the right format

ParcelOffice requests the label format, size and orientation qualified for your printer and stock, then sends it through SmartFACT PrintStation. Labels are never resized or redrawn to make them fit.

Moving from an older integration

If your current despatch process relies on an older DHL connection or a courier website, bring an example of what you send today. We check your account type and the services you use, then set up your first bench. ParcelOffice is an independent SmartFACT service; DHL is a trademark of its owner.

Early access starts with an agreed workflow. Supported scope and onboarding arrangements are confirmed with you.
